About the Role
The role is part of Post Sales Design Support for building management systems (BMS), CCTV, access control (ACS) and fire‑alarm systems. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, preparing submittals, shop drawings, schematics, P&IDs and isometric layouts, and performing hydraulic calculations and DDC scheduling. • Provide post‑sales design support for BMS, CCTV, ACS and fire‑alarm systems. • Review project technical specifications to determine requirements. • Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, schematics, P&IDs and isometric layouts for customer approval. • Conduct hydraulic calculations and develop SOPs and DDC schedules. • Coordinate with architects, clients and contractors throughout project phases. • Ensure zero customer complaints by following operational processes and safety policies. • Maintain expertise in fire‑alarm, security (CCTV, ACS, intruder alarm), BMS, and gaseous fire‑suppression systems (FM‑200, CO₂, inert gas). • Deliver projects on time with high quality and minimal engineering changes.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a BE in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent, with 8‑12 years of hands‑on experience in FAS, PA, security, BMS and gaseous fire‑suppression systems. They must demonstrate attention to detail, timely delivery, high‑quality output, strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills. • Lead by example with self‑motivation, attention to detail and the ability to develop standard procedures.
