About the Role
The Learning Operations Specialist ensures smooth, consistent, and high‑quality execution of all learning processes within the Service Academy. This role operationalises governance, data, and process frameworks to enable efficient program delivery, learner administration, reporting, and continuous improvement, acting as connective tissue between global training centres, business functions and learners. Key responsibilities include administering and continually improving the global learning operations landscape—from scheduling and enrolment to certification and reporting—while maintaining consistency and quality of courses, catalogs, instructors, facilities and digital content across regions. The specialist also maintains the single source of truth for learning data, supports integration of enterprise learning technologies such as LMS, CMS, AI tools and analytics dashboards, and coordinates global scheduling and logistics for priority programmes. The role tracks, analyses and reports core learning KPIs, creates consolidated dashboards for internal and external reporting, and works with analytics and governance leads to ensure data integrity and translate insights into improvement recommendations. It serves as the operational point of contact for learners, instructors and internal stakeholders, resolves issues, supports communication, enrolment and evaluation processes, and helps implement governance standards, templates and operating procedures across the global learning network. • Administer and continuously improve end‑to‑end global learning operations (scheduling, enrollment, certification, reporting). • Ensure consistency and quality of courses, catalogs, instructors, facilities, and digital content across regions. • Maintain a single source of truth for learning data and enforce governance compliance. • Support integration of LMS, CMS, AI tools and analytics dashboards for a seamless learner experience. • Coordinate global scheduling and logistics for priority programs such as inductions, certifications, and technical capability courses. • Manage content workflows, version control, and metadata tagging according to governance standards. • Track, analyze, and report key learning KPIs; maintain dashboards for internal and external reporting. • Partner with analytics and governance leads to ensure data integrity and drive improvement recommendations. • Act as operational point of contact for learners, instructors, and stakeholders, resolving issues and upholding the Service Academy brand. • Support communication, enrollment, and evaluation processes while gathering feedback for learner‑journey enhancements. • Implement governance standards, templates, and operating procedures; coordinate audits for quality, HSE, and certification compliance. • Maintain documentation, repositories, and knowledge bases; ensure data privacy, accessibility, and security across systems.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have three to five years of experience in learning operations, learning administration or program management within a corporate or technical environment. Familiarity with the Cornerstone learning management system is preferred, with competence in Excel required and Power BI or other analytics tools desirable. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed global setting, and possesses strong communication, organization and stakeholder coordination skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree and 3‑5 years of experience in learning operations, administration, or program management. • Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS (or other LMS) and strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, global environment and deliver operational excellence. • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven with a continuous‑improvement mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
