About the Role

The associate maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures, controls inventory through physical counts, and keeps the warehouse in good condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders. Additional duties include operating forklifts, loading and logging materials onto trucks, preparing jobs and materials for crews, cleaning trucks, and delivering materials or transporting employees to job sites. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to place products and materials in proper place • Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials • Prepare jobs and materials for all crews • Deliver material/transport employees to job sites

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, have 1‑2 years of warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 lb regularly, know safe warehouse practices, and be willing to deliver product between offices daily. Forklift experience is required, and knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus. • Valid Driver's License • Minimum 1-2 years warehouse experience • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly • Knowledge of safe warehouse practices • Willingness to deliver product between offices daily • Forklift experience required • Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus
