About the Role
The position supports Parsons’ Owner Agent Construction Management Services, which include program management, construction management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and other supporting services to ensure program success. Key duties include implementing and administering Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Kahua, Procore, and Oracle Primavera P6, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to define workflows and optimize system configurations. The manager will also support IT infrastructure deployment, develop dashboards and reporting tools, train and mentor staff on PMIS platforms, and monitor system performance to implement enhancements. Detailed documentation and reporting on system implementation and ongoing support activities are also required. • Implement and administer PMIS platforms (Kahua, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6) to support program controls and reporting. • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PMIS and IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, document processes, and optimize system configurations. • Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity, and cloud environments. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights for leadership and clients. • Train and mentor program staff on PMIS usage and technology adoption. • Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements. • Document and report on system implementation, updates, and support activities. • Obtain appropriate DHS suitability determination.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have at least 10 years as a technical consultant in a related industry, with the ability to obtain a DHS suitability determination. Proven experience with PMIS platforms, strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, and skills in system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for distributed or cloud‑based environments are essential. Desired qualifications include familiarity with business analytics and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of construction industry business processes, experience on large‑scale infrastructure or government programs, and PMP certification or equivalent. A passion for learning and implementing innovative technologies is also valued. No security clearance is required for this role, which is part of Parsons’ Critical Infrastructure team. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of technical consulting experience. • Demonstrated experience with PMIS implementation and support. • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, system administration, and cloud‑based environments. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for business analytics and dashboarding. • Knowledge of construction industry business processes. • Experience on large‑scale infrastructure or government programs. • PMP certification or equivalent (desired).

The salary range for this position is $128,700 – $231,700.
