About the Role
The D365 Project Lead role drives the successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regional operational functions. By optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency, the role bridges the central project team with regional units, delivering tangible business benefits and fostering new ways of working. The position requires leading regional D365 roll‑outs, integrating cross‑functional operations, acting as the primary liaison between deployment teams and regional stakeholders, advocating operational change, overseeing data‑validation, building a network of change champions and continuously improving the solution based on user feedback. • Lead regional implementation of D365 across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and service delivery. • Collaborate with regional functional leads (e.g., Finance, Sales) to integrate people, process and business elements of the migration. • Serve as the primary communication link between the core D365 deployment team, regional change champions, senior stakeholders and end‑users. • Champion operational change by promoting new ways of working aligned with D365 to maximise efficiency. • Oversee data‑validation, ensuring regional leaders are accountable for data accuracy and integrity in D365. • Identify and empower a network of regional Change Champions to support user adoption and provide peer guidance. • Gather feedback from operational teams and incorporate lessons learned for continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least eight years of relevant experience, ideally within an operations business in a professional services environment, and a strong background in data‑cleansing initiatives. Excellent oral and written communication, strong organisational skills and fluency in English are essential. • Minimum eight years of relevant experience, preferably in operations within a professional services firm. • Proven experience with data‑cleansing initiatives. • Excellent oral and written communication and strong organisational skills. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
