About the Role

Key responsibilities include conducting building enclosure inspections, air‑leakage and field performance testing, roofing assessments, construction quality‑assurance observations, and design‑specification reviews. You will also assist with report, proposal, and project preparation, schedule and oversee facilities technicians, mentor junior staff, and promote a safe workplace with proper PPE usage. • Conduct building enclosure inspections, testing, and assessments • Perform air leakage and field performance testing • Provide construction quality assurance observations and roofing assessments • Review design specifications and assist with commissioning consulting • Prepare reports, proposals, and project documentation • Schedule and oversee facilities technicians; mentor junior staff • Ensure workplace safety and proper PPE usage

What You Bring

The position requires an accredited B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field, preferably from an ABET‑accredited program. Candidates should have 0–2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience, or an equivalent combination of four years as an ECS Facilities Staff Associate, certifications, and education. Experience with non‑destructive testing is preferred. • Hold an accredited B.Arch/M.Arch or BS in Engineering/Building Science (preferred) • Possess 0–2 years of building facilities consulting experience (or 4 years ECS staff experience) • Experience with non‑destructive testing is a plus
