What You Bring
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong people skills, calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to follow processes while advocating for the community and maintaining Transgrid’s social licence to operate. • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement or equivalent experience. • 5+ years proven experience in community engagement or a public‑facing role. • Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Exceptional record‑keeping and data‑management capabilities. • Valid driver’s licence for frequent site travel.
