About the Role
Join the Hilton team as an Owner Team Executive on the Direct Inside Sales team, where you will leverage strong customer service and sales skills to support the Spirit of Service culture. In this role you will contact existing, qualified vacation‑club owners (warm leads) by phone, help them expand their portfolios through the purchase and use of additional ownership points, and make purchase recommendations using a detailed sales process. Your goal is to generate maximum net sales volume while acting as the professional and ethical voice of the company. • Call warm leads (existing vacation‑club owners) to discuss additional ownership points • Assist owners in expanding their vacation portfolios through point purchases and usage • Recommend purchase options following a structured sales process • Drive net sales while representing the company ethically • Participate in 401(k) matching and a stock purchase plan
