About the Role

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑team platform programs from planning through release and adoption. • Translate platform strategy and architectural intent into coordinated, actionable execution plans in ambiguous problem spaces. • Provide proactive program‑level visibility across Scrum teams by gathering information, analyzing trends, and surfacing risks early. • Identify, track, and resolve cross‑team dependencies, systemic risks, and delivery blockers, escalating with clear impact when needed. • Define, evolve, and enforce the program operating model, balancing standardization with team autonomy. • Establish and maintain clear ownership and accountability (e.g., RACI, stakeholder maps) for all program stakeholders. • Apply independent technical judgment to assess trade‑offs and communicate implications for delivery, sequencing, and risk. • Synthesize fragmented data into executive‑ready narratives that support timely, informed decisions. • Utilize data, metrics, and AI‑enabled tools to monitor program health, track delivery trends, and improve decision‑making. • Drive adoption of platform technologies, standards, and best practices across contributing teams.

What You Bring

Success requires a highly proactive, judgment‑driven approach, strong stakeholder empathy, and the ability to align teams across silos while influencing without formal authority. The position involves up to 25 % travel and offers a high degree of autonomy and visibility. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or equivalent role. • Proven track record leading large‑scale, cross‑team platform or systems programs in an Agile environment. • Strong technical aptitude to engage deeply in engineering and architecture discussions and evaluate trade‑offs. • Demonstrated ability to operate proactively in ambiguous settings, anticipate risks, and influence without authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentation.
