About the Role
• Lead GIS tasks for multidisciplinary projects. • Organize and conduct complex GIS analysis as Project Manager or team lead. • Supervise and mentor GIS professionals to ensure successful project completion. • Collaborate with non‑GIS Project Managers and clients to design effective GIS solutions. • Serve as GIS lead for project marketing, budget development, and resource scheduling. • Design and produce cartographic products for various purposes. • Develop advanced vector and raster spatial analysis models. • Support CAD‑GIS workflows. • Prepare and oversee quality assurance plans for GIS tasks.

What You Bring
• Esri Certification. • Professional certifications such as GISP, AICP, PE are a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field (advanced degree may offset experience requirements). • Minimum 8 years of practical GIS experience (or 4 years with an advanced degree). • Proficiency with ArcGIS Desktop, Server, Online, and extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst, etc.). • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps. • Experience with ETL tools (FME) and advanced analyst tools (Arcade, ArcGIS Notebooks). • Experience with Esri solutions and products. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing with charts, tables, and narrative. • Ability to lead GIS projects, develop technical approaches, schedule work, and assure quality.
