About the Role

The Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the clubhouse and public areas. They directly supervise daily operations and team performance, ensuring operational excellence across all shifts, reinforcing standards, coaching staff, and acting as a key liaison between management and frontline teams. Key duties include providing direct supervision to Public Area Attendants and Utility Porters, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, and overseeing daily clubhouse operations to meet cleanliness and presentation standards. The Supervisor conducts inspections, manages service requests, performs routine cleaning and deep‑cleaning projects, supports event setup and breakdown, operates and monitors cleaning equipment, and maintains inventory of supplies and linens. Additional responsibilities involve enforcing safety and compliance protocols, handling bio‑hazard clean‑ups, and collaborating with Operations, Events, Facilities, and other departments to deliver seamless service. • Supervise Public Area Attendants and Utility Porters, set performance expectations, and provide real‑time coaching. • Serve as visible floor leader and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of higher management. • Conduct end‑of‑shift reports and inspections to ensure clear communication and corrective actions. • Prioritize and fulfill service requests from other departments promptly. • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and deep‑cleaning projects. • Maintain consistently clean and stocked restrooms and public spaces such as lobbies and hallways. • Oversee event setup and breakdown, coordinating with the Events team and handling furniture and equipment weighing up to 100 lb. • Operate and monitor cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, side‑by‑sides, upholstery machines) safely. • Monitor and replenish inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, linens, and equipment. • Enforce safety protocols, manage bio‑hazard cleanups, and ensure OSHA compliance. • Collaborate with Clubhouse Operations, Events, Facilities, and other departments to provide seamless service.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a strong working knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices, and demonstrated leadership abilities. High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and effective verbal and written communication are required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift 70–100 lb objects, and knowledge of workplace safety and sanitation standards are also essential. • 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred; strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
