About the Role

The role is for a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai. The incumbent will collaborate with the planning function, verify that projects and tenders align with defined planning processes, and ensure they are appropriately planned, scheduled and monitored. Supporting the project management function, you will help deliver the project on time and profitably, taking responsibility for planning medium‑complexity projects, a portfolio of smaller projects, or sections of larger projects. Additional duties include establishing and overseeing project work plans and deadlines, undertaking tasks required to meet project requirements, and coordinating team activities. • Collaborate with the planning function to ensure projects are properly planned, scheduled, and monitored. • Verify project and tender alignment with defined planning processes. • Support project management to deliver projects on time and profitably. • Plan medium‑complexity projects, a portfolio of smaller projects, or sections of larger projects. • Uphold the Safety First value and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Drive client‑focused delivery and monitor performance against company objectives. • Assist senior management with negotiations, contract development, and strategic planning. • Foster a diverse, inclusive environment and promote team knowledge sharing. • Lead program performance monitoring and progress reporting. • Provide leadership to large, diverse teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

What You Bring

Essential qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, experience in planning and scheduling projects of similar nature, and the ability to lead program performance and progress monitoring. Preferred qualifications include professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent), extensive experience in construction sector planning, deep property or infrastructure project management expertise, strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership of large diverse teams, senior stakeholder management, and knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and experience in planning and scheduling similar projects. • Possess professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, etc.) and extensive construction sector planning experience. • Demonstrate strong commercial, financial, and sustainability acumen.
