About the Role

In this role you will manage the installation, commissioning, and operation of ESP equipment, ensuring all integrity, quality, and safety standards are met. You will also oversee surface connections, conduct pre‑commissioning tests, and maintain system performance throughout the field lifecycle. • Install, inspect, modify, and repair ESP pumps, motors, cables, and downhole equipment at contractor sites. • Perform surface connections and operate ESP systems to meet company standards. • Conduct pre‑commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful start‑up and continuous operation. • Troubleshoot and resolve ESP equipment breakdowns in the field. • Install, operate, and maintain Y‑tool and variable speed drive (VSD) systems. • Completion of industry‑specific product line training for ESP equipment.

What You Bring

The position requires a strong technical background, including a diploma or higher in a related field and extensive hands‑on experience with ESP systems, Y‑tool and VSD technologies. Candidates must be willing to work on a rotational, shift‑based schedule and possess proven troubleshooting and repair skills for downhole equipment. • Minimum 5 years ESP experience or 2 years in AccessESP/rigless operations. • Technical degree (diploma or higher) in a related field. • Proven expertise in downhole installation, service troubleshooting, and maintenance of ESP systems.
