About the Role
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including pre‑employment paperwork, I‑9 verification, background checks, and drug tests. • Support recruiters with job postings, recruiting materials, career fair coordination, candidate interview logistics, and travel arrangements. • Help prepare and coordinate HR training sessions. • Participate in recruiting steps such as sourcing, screening, and extending job offers. • Use the HRIS to generate correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. • Track assignments, provide status updates to team members, and follow up proactively. • Perform administrative duties like data entry, word processing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, filing, and note typing.

What You Bring
• Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (expected by Summer 2025) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, urgency, self‑initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
