About the Role

The Driverឲ CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, providing prompt and courteous waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle complies with company safety standards and all applicable regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) are completed to address any defects promptly. Key duties include thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following route sheets and maps to service each customer, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste, and maintaining courteous interactions with customers and dispatchers. The driver also tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors waste for violations, cleans accidental spills, and keeps the truck clean and ready to minimize downtime. Drivers must complete required route, productivity, and VCR reports, adhere to productivity standards, follow all safety policies, and actively participate in the Company’s ReSOP program. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
