The Technical Team Lead will join a high‑performing development team in Irvine, CA, supporting multiple web products such as homes.com and homesnap.com. The role involves guiding engineers, delivering high‑visibility web applications for millions of users, and applying emerging technologies and architectural best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited institution. • Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience, with strong C# and ASP.NET skills. • Proven ability to build and troubleshoot modern web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular or React. • Experience delivering server‑side rendered and single‑page applications in fast‑paced Agile Scrum environments. • Demonstrated project management, written and verbal communication, and consensus‑building capabilities. • Track record of motivating and leading high‑performance development teams. • At least 1 year of formal team‑leadership experience. • Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Aurora, Lambda). • Proficiency with databases including MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch. • Knowledge of commercial real‑estate domains is a plus.
