About the Role
The Collections Associate is responsible for performing all collection activities in line with company and Federal regulations, aiming to keep delinquency percentages within targets set by financial management. The role requires meeting phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators, handling correspondence and payments confidentially, maintaining organized documentation, and requesting skip tracing when necessary. • Perform collection activities according to company and Federal regulations to maintain acceptable delinquency rates. • Meet required phone activity, contact percentages, and other performance metrics set by financial management. • Handle all correspondence and payments confidentially and legally. • Maintain systematic, organized documentation for owner accounts and request skip tracing as needed. • Assist collections team members with daily processes and procedures. • Execute reasonable requests from management and uphold Hilton Grand Vacations values. • Complete all assigned company training and compliance courses. • Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure compliance. • Retain and recall knowledge to provide accurate information. • Apply problem‑solving skills and work collaboratively as a team player.
