About the Role
The Community Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, managing lease administration, creating marketing plans, and supervising the leasing office staff on‑site. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly and that leasing targets are met while maintaining brand standards. The leasing manager reports to the Community Manager and directly supervises Leasing Associates and Community Concierges. The position requires flexibility to work full‑time on‑site, including evenings, weekends, and occasional extended hours for move‑outs and move‑ins. • Lead and supervise leasing staff to achieve optimal performance • Provide training, performance management, and issue resolution for leasing office staff • Formulate strategies and organize in‑house events while overseeing external marketing • Ensure timely completion of leasing and marketing reports • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Uphold brand standards to present the property exceptionally • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects and assignments • Complete assigned HR/People Operations tasks • Work full on‑site shift, including evenings and weekends as needed • Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond normal hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, performing bending and stooping as required

What You Bring
• High school diploma; college degree preferred • Minimum two years’ experience in property management or related field • Demonstrated leadership skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, and macOS • Experience leasing in student housing • Strong background in social media marketing and content creation • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools • Experience with Entrata or comparable property‑management software
