About the Role

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for managing small accounts that require less technically complex HVAC solutions. You will build relationships with end‑users to understand their needs and deliver solutions within established pricing and margin frameworks. You will continuously deepen your product, company, and industry knowledge while planning an annual sales strategy aligned with departmental goals. Your duties include preparing tenders, negotiating and closing profitable orders, collecting payments, and delivering monthly financial and non‑financial reports. You will also develop leads, monitor competitor activity, promote HVAC products to design institutes and industry partners, and conduct cold‑calling to generate new business. • Manage small accounts with standard HVAC solutions • Develop and maintain customer relationships to assess needs • Create annual sales plans aligned with department objectives • Prepare tenders, negotiate contracts, and close orders profitably • Collect payments and generate monthly financial and performance reports • Identify sales leads, conduct cold calls, and expand new business opportunities • Monitor competitor activities and provide periodic market insights • Lead HVAC project development and promote products to design institutes and industry associations

What You Bring

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical or a related engineering field, along with 1‑3 years of sales or marketing experience in industrial machinery.
