About the Role
In this role you will learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. You will professionally service residential HVAC equipment and accessories, conduct inspections of appliances, adhere to safety rules, explain the benefits of high‑efficiency equipment, ensure safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on maintenance, maintain a clean and safe company vehicle, and promote Reliance Home Comfort products on every call. • Service residential HVAC equipment and accessories • Conduct inspections of all types of residential appliances • Explain benefits of high‑efficiency equipment and proper maintenance to customers • Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle • Promote Reliance Home Comfort products on each call

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to develop. Required qualifications include a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, a Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) licence with two years HVAC experience, an Ozone Depletion Prevention Certificate, registration in the apprenticeship program and acceptance by OCOT, a valid full‑G driver’s licence, and the physical ability to perform all job duties. Strong technical and customer‑service skills, effective communication, and the ability to learn new technologies are also essential. • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education • Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) licence with 2 years HVAC experience • Ozone Depletion Prevention Certificate • Registered apprenticeship accepted by OCOT and up‑to‑date fees/licenses • Valid full‑G driver’s licence • Physical ability to perform all job tasks • Strong technical and customer‑service skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Ability to learn new technologies (electronics, electricity, pressures)
