About the Role
Perform all duties required to set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment. Plan and perform mold set up and processing to ensure optimal utilization of labor and machinery. Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and make repairs and adjustments as needed or escalate for additional technical assistance. Assemble molds and components as specified by orders, routers, and blueprints. Break down, clean, and store used molds and components, removing carbon, rust, or excess rubber. Perform first piece inspections of parts to ensure they are in tolerance. Perform molding operation duties as needed to maintain flow of work through the department. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Perform other duties as required. • Set up, assemble, operate, and maintain various equipment and molding machinery. • Plan and execute mold setup and processing for optimal labor and machine utilization. • Troubleshoot and repair machine, tool, material, and equipment issues; escalate when needed. • Assemble molds and components according to orders, routers, and blueprints. • Clean, break down, and store used molds, removing carbon, rust, and excess rubber. • Conduct first-piece inspections to verify part tolerances. • Perform molding operations to keep workflow steady. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

What You Bring
Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. A minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery. Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applications must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR, defined as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Previous experience with molding machines and processing. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Minimum two years' experience programming, setting, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery. • Proficient with measuring instruments and blueprint reading. • Must be a US person per ITAR (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). • Prior experience with molding machines and processing.
