About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join a dedicated team working hybrid from Mississauga, Ontario, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing multiple vacancies, building strong candidate networks, and facilitating the full recruitment lifecycle with high energy and passion. You will partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand hiring needs, while also collaborating with local HR on salary recommendations and offer details. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure every candidate experiences a positive recruitment journey. • Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers across multiple functions to define hiring needs. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using networking and social media. • Lead campus recruitment events to develop talent pools. • Act as brand ambassador, ensuring positive candidate experiences. • Deliver recruitment metrics while maintaining quality of hire.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a college or university degree in Human Resources, has 2‑3 years of recruiting experience in a multinational corporate environment, and is proficient with an ATS such as Workday. Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills, along with bilingual English/French ability, are highly valued. • 2‑3 years recruiting experience in a multinational corporate setting. • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field. • Experience with Workday ATS or similar enterprise system. • Bilingual English/French proficiency is a strong asset.
