Construction Management Intern
Paid summer internship in construction management assisting project teams in Houston.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Conduct and/or participate in the weekly update meeting with project team and distribute Meeting Minutes to team. • Perform Construction Quality Inspections • Works under supervision of experienced TRC staff • Update action log / RFI log, etc. • Monitor Safety Compliance of daily activities • Complete Daily and Weekly progress Reports • Participate in the contractor's weekly safety meetings with project team.

What You Bring
• Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites. • Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks. • Be willing to work over-time and travel out of town weekly. • Possess solid technical and problem-solving skills. • Must be at least 21 years old • Be able to lift at least 30 lbs. • Pursuing a degree or certification in Construction Management from an accredited program with a minimum GPA of 3.0. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
