About the Role
• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks. • Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff. • Manage the system for handling resident service requests. • Assist the manager in coordinating and scheduling maintenance personnel. • Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings. • Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance requests and expenditures. • Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at a community in San Diego, CA. • Minimum 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred). • Maintenance experience with at least 150 units. • Proficiency in all trades. • Team player with superior customer‑service attitude. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.

Benefits
