About the Role
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Execute make‑ready and turn‑over processes, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA, and EPA standards while maintaining a well‑stocked, organized shop. • Assist with inventory monitoring, hazard communication, and safety training. • Provide excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and represent the property positively. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties as needed.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; understand Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 100+ lb, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and handling outdoor conditions. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency on‑call situations.

Benefits
