Perform physical labor, site prep, tool operation, firewatch, and material handling.

About the Role
Perform tasks involving physical labor at project sites. Under direct supervision of the Site Manager, support field efforts on general construction labor and maintenance tasks. • Clean and prepare project sites to eliminate possible hazards. • Operate small hand and power tools and decontaminate equipment. • Operate road and off‑road haul and water trucks as needed. • Handle hazardous and non‑hazardous materials. • Provide firewatch duties.

What You Bring
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be at least 18 years of age, able to lift up to 60 pounds, pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen, maintain a 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification and an 8‑hour refresher if required, work outdoors, have 0–2 years of experience, and be willing to travel and report to work on short notice.
