About the Role
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting residents, guests, and vendors entering the property. This position helps maintain a welcoming and orderly environment while supporting the enforcement of building policies as directed by management and the Association. • Greet all individuals entering the building courteously and professionally. • Provide directions and general assistance to residents, guests, and vendors. • Log vendors and guests for record‑keeping (name, company, purpose, entry/exit time). • Verify identification of vendors and visitors using pre‑approved lists. • Notify residents of guest arrivals or deliveries as appropriate. • Serve as liaison between residents and management by forwarding concerns, requests, or feedback. • Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate, detailed messages. • Address routine resident questions and concerns, escalating issues to management when needed. • Provide administrative support to the Management team as assigned. • Maintain knowledge of the local area and community to better assist residents and guests.

Benefits
The role is part‑time, requiring 25‑30 hours per week with varying days and shifts, and offers a pay rate of $16‑$17 depending on experience. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of the Palm Beach Gardens area.
