About the Role
The on‑site Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects that meet client expectations, stay on schedule and remain within budget. • Lead on‑site projects, planning, executing, and delivering them while ensuring client satisfaction. • Delegate tasks to meet project objectives on schedule and within budget. • Coordinate communication with clients and manage subcontractor performance throughout all project phases. • Define and document client requirements, produce pre‑construction documents, schedules, specifications, schematics and tender drawings. • Manage a portfolio of approved Mechanical and Electrical contractors, ensuring collaboration and adherence to timelines. • Oversee cost procurement, perform detailed analysis, appraisals and budgeting to meet financial targets. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire regulations and company policies on all site activities. • Verify receipt and maintenance of certifications, correspondence, drawings and financial records for each project. • Provide technical support to other departments and generate progress reports for management. • Manage scope changes, change orders, pricing strategies and project close‑out requirements. • Conduct pre‑job meetings, prepare agendas, circulate minutes and ensure all team members understand project objectives and roles.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least eight years of construction, design, and cost‑management experience in commercial, institutional or industrial settings. Required expertise includes HVAC systems, AUTOCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and estimating software such as Accubid and MEP.
