About the Role
In this role you will perform system checks on weapons and vehicles, communications, combat management systems and sensor equipment to ensure they are in full working order. You will effectively diagnose electronic faults and implement fixes to keep operations running smoothly while adhering to all regulatory and contract-specific requirements. The position provides exposure to a variety of systems and machinery, including radar, display, surveillance and control equipment, as well as satellite equipment such as GPS and SATCOM. • Work 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, finishing at 12 pm on Fridays. • Work on unique Defence vehicles and assets.

What You Bring
The minimum requirement is a Certificate III in Electronics or Electronic Technology, along with knowledge and practical experience in complex communication or electronic systems maintenance, support, design, or installation. Candidates should exhibit strong mechanical and electronic/electrical aptitude, be Australian citizens, and be able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance. • All tools, PPE and uniforms provided.
