About the Role
Core duties include assisting in the design and implementation of Sitecore solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, and integrating third‑party services. The developer will follow coding standards, maintain technical documentation, and take part in code reviews. Working closely with designers, QA engineers, and other developers ensures a smooth development lifecycle. • Assist in developing and implementing Sitecore solutions under senior guidance • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues in Sitecore environments • Integrate Sitecore with third‑party systems to meet business requirements • Follow coding standards and maintain technical documentation • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and developers • Adopt a GenAI‑first mindset for solution design, coding, and documentation • Leverage GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other AI tools to speed development and automate tasks • Generate AI‑assisted unit tests, documentation, and automated code reviews • Apply prompt‑engineering techniques for refactoring, optimization, and design ideation • Use AI tools to analyze logs, detect anomalies, and improve incident resolution • Identify automation opportunities using GenAI tools to accelerate delivery

What You Bring
A GenAI‑first approach requires using tools like GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate coding, generate unit tests, and automate repetitive tasks. The developer will experiment with Sitecore AI features such as content generation, intelligent search, and personalization, and apply prompt‑engineering techniques to refine solutions. Continuous learning of emerging GenAI technologies is expected. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and have 4–6 years of Sitecore development experience, including multi‑brand, multi‑site, and multi‑lingual implementations with SXA. Proficiency in .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile/Scrum, and Azure cloud services is required. Experience with AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, and an interest in automating workflows is highly valued. • Experiment with Sitecore AI capabilities such as AI‑driven content generation, intelligent search, recommendations, and personalization • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Possess 4–6 years of Sitecore development experience, including SXA and multi‑lingual solutions • Demonstrate proficiency in .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile/Scrum, and Azure cloud services • Have hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and basic prompt‑engineering skills
