About the Role
Operating at a journeyman level, the role involves performing a variety of complex services in specialized building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration. Responsibilities encompass maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across these systems. Work is carried out in a truck‑route service environment, covering a portfolio of buildings for a single client. The technician plans and selects required materials, follows drawings, schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions, and utilizes a range of tools and equipment. All activities are performed in accordance with established safety procedures, company policies, and standards, and include on‑hour and off‑hour on‑call duties. • Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks. • Service a portfolio of client buildings on a truck route, following drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions. • Plan, select, and procure required materials; operate tools and equipment safely. • Respond to off‑hour alarm calls, on‑call emergencies, and weekend/holiday service requests. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and standards. • Maintain physical readiness to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
Candidates must have five or more years of HVAC service experience and hold a CFC Universal Certification. The position requires strong knowledge of maintenance fundamentals, physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift objects up to 50 lb, as well as readiness to respond to alarm calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license, successful background check, and a team‑oriented mindset are also required. • Possess ≥5 years HVAC service experience and a valid CFC Universal Certification. • Hold a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
