• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, accountable for scope, milestones, and outcomes. • Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across all teams and stakeholders. • Procure, manage, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives. • Oversee budgets, risks, and timeframes, ensuring sustainable and successful delivery. • Maintain robust quality systems, service excellence, and compliance with standards. • Drive innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities throughout project execution. • Provide subject matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and best practice from across Mace. • Ensure effective handover, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support long‑term success. • Safety first – ensure a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment where everybody goes home safe and well. • Create opportunity – champion continuous improvement and inspire people to develop and excel.
