About the Role

• Ensure successful delivery of bridge projects. • Manage full project lifecycle from identification through construction support. • Drive business development through client marketing, proposal preparation, and networking events. • Lead and mentor structural staff. • Plan, organize, and supervise project staff workload. • Monitor project costs to stay within budget, schedule, quality, and strategic objectives. • Established network with NY bridge owners (NYSDOT, Thruway Authority, municipalities, contractors).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering (Master’s preferred). • 10+ years bridge design/management experience. • Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY or reciprocity. • Knowledge of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and Federal‑Aid project delivery process. • Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams delivering on schedule, budget, and quality. • Familiarity with construction engineering, AREMA rail bridge design, or design‑build procurement (plus). • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and win work. • Capability to collaborate with team members in other offices. • Proficient English communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $103,000 to $166,800 annually, depending on qualifications.
