About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to understand their needs and guide them toward the right home improvement solutions. Using our in‑home consultation model, you’ll deliver expert presentations and build trust with potential customers—while helping them turn their vision into reality. • Conduct in‑home consultations with prospective customers • Present solutions that align with homeowners’ improvement goals • Follow a proven sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle • Manage your leads, appointments, and follow‑ups independently

What You Bring
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Confident communication and presentation abilities • Proven track record of achieving sales goals • Excellent time management and organization • High ethical standards and professionalism • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • iPad required for presenting and managing appointments • Prior in‑home or B2C sales experience preferred, but not required • Individuals who enjoy working with people and solving problems
