What You Bring
The haul‑truck operator role is performed in active work zones that involve moving mechanical equipment, variable weather conditions, temperature extremes, humidity and high noise levels. Candidates must successfully complete a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and, where applicable, FMCSA‑regulated ongoing testing. • Demonstrate ability to operate heavy equipment responsibly. • Exhibit strong teamwork, clear communication, and dependability with schedules. • Show willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation ranges from $21.94 to $25.96 per hour and includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as HSA, HRA, and FSA options.
