About the Role

Set up, understand, and safely operate fabrication equipment. Troubleshoot machine problems and ID and tag shop orders with product. Retrieve and enter data into the system while ensuring quality and proper documentation on all parts. Maintain components and supplies as required, fabricate based on print specifications, perform daily 5S, and participate in Continuous Improvement activities, rotating to various machines as needed. • Operate and set up fabrication equipment safely and proficiently • Troubleshoot machine issues and tag shop orders • Retrieve and enter data while ensuring quality documentation • Maintain components and supplies and fabricate per print specifications • Perform daily 5S and engage in Continuous Improvement activities • Rotate among machines and handle additional assigned duties • Stand for 8–12 hour shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lb

What You Bring

Perform other duties as assigned. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution and reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX, as no relocation benefit is offered. Basic computer skills, solid math, analytical and reasoning abilities, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and use simple measuring tools are required. The role requires the ability to stand for eight to twelve hour shifts, perform repetitious tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Possess basic computer, solid math, analytical, and blueprint-reading skills
