The Technician 1 position performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, primarily aerial work platforms, construction tools, and specialty lines such as generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment. What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 1–3 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty equipment. Essential skills include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, and possibly bilingual proficiency. The job’s physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
