What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), have proven territory sales success in equipment rental, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish ability, familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, and experience across construction, industrial, or municipal sectors.
