About the Role
The Warehouse Associate in the Boston Gear facility is responsible for safely and accurately moving, transporting, coordinating, and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments. • Pick and deliver materials to designated areas. • Enter shipment data into the computer system. • Stage and store materials in proper locations. • Scan materials using SAP when required. • Care for powered industrial equipment. • Maintain 5S standards for a clean, orderly work area. • Operate forklift or powered vehicle safely. • Perform math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). • Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail. • Follow safety procedures and promote a safety mindset. • Collaborate effectively with team members. • Enter and search data accurately using computers. • Work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.

What You Bring
The role involves frequent walking, standing, twisting, carrying, regular lifting up to 50 lb, and occasional climbing in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is required and exposure to solvents, dust, noise, heat, and other hazards may occur. • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance. • Adapt to process changes and unexpected events. • Work independently with strong work ethic and initiative. • Communicate verbally and in writing in English. • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
