Manager, Project Control

About the Role

• Manage the financial aspects of the Xebec Joint Venture. • Cost and schedule variance analysis. • Regularly interfaces with and provide support/mentoring to the operating company Project Management and Project Controls POCs as needed. • Works with Shared Services and Operations to provides support for new project transitions/phase-ins as needed. • Provides direct project control support to projects where needed to help fill gaps. • EAC development / EAC Reviews on complex engineering programs. • Costpoint project setup and reporting. • Forecasting development / Forecasting Reviews.

What You Bring

• MS Excel Proficiency (Vlookup / SUMIF formulas, pivot tables, etc.). • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. • Solid understanding of all contract types, FAR regulations, government compliance. • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience working for a Federal Government Contractor. • Unbilled analysis on complex EAC recognition programs. • Experience using and configuring MS SharePoint team sites. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business-related field. • Cognos experience preferred. • Ability to present to Senior Leadership. • Proficiency with Deltek CostPoint Project Module. • Strong personnel management experience and communication skills. • Ability to communicate with the Project Management and Controls communities via Project Control forums, intranet postings and potentially conduct classroom lunch bunch and PM Excellence training sessions.
