About the Role
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including good receipt and dispatch of materials, raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices, liaising with suppliers, ensuring defence security compliance, and acting as the single point of contact for staff requesting stores and consumables. • Process good receipt and dispatch of materials and equipment • Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices • Liaise with suppliers for deliveries and schedule materials • Ensure compliance with Defence security requirements, including DCAC card management • Serve as single point of contact for staff requesting stores and consumables

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will have 3‑5 years of stores or warehouse administration experience, preferably in defence, facilities or construction environments, and will be proficient with stock control systems and ERP/CMMS such as SAP, MDO or GEMS. Additional requirements include knowledge of WHS for chemical and hazardous goods, excellent communication and customer service skills, a mandatory forklift licence, and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude. • 3–5 years of stores or warehouse administration experience (preferably Defence, facilities or construction) • Experience with stock control systems and ERP/CMMS (e.g., SAP, MDO, GEMS) • Knowledge of WHS requirements, including chemical and hazardous goods storage • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Mandatory forklift licence • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high‑quality outcomes
