What You Bring

Kimley‑Horn is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer in the Dallas Metroplex to serve and grow its power utility and energy developer clients. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a broad understanding of engineering, design, and specifications for utility transmission and distribution projects. Preferred experience includes power delivery design, while knowledge of grid integration, high‑voltage substations, transmission lines, medium‑voltage distribution, SCADA, and low‑voltage industrial/commercial systems is highly desired. Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer registration in electrical, structural, or civil engineering and have at least 10 years of power‑utility experience. Occasional travel may be required to meet business needs. • Hold a Professional Engineer license (Electrical, Structural, or Civil). • Bring 10+ years of power utility experience.
