About the Role
The Electrical Technical Specialist will provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations to restore product flow, as well as provide technical leadership and training to craft employees. The role also requires delivering technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems, and analyzing equipment and process data to identify opportunities and develop system improvements. In addition, the specialist will assist the maintenance department with short‑ and long‑term outage planning and support supervisors and crafts in following up on VPM issues and items from the daily management action register. The position is also responsible for developing, managing, and implementing small capital projects, major repairs, and maintenance projects while providing process engineering support. • Earn customer loyalty: build partnerships through best‑in‑class products and service • Create value: generate and grow value for stakeholders • Troubleshoot equipment to restore product flow • Lead and train craft employees on technical matters • Develop solutions for recurring design and process issues • Analyze equipment and process data to identify improvements • Support short‑ and long‑term outage planning • Follow up on VPM issues and daily management actions • Manage and implement small capital, major repair, and maintenance projects • Provide process engineering support
