What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Scheduler I to perform routine planning and scheduling assignments, applying basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight for the Operating Groups. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with prior construction site experience preferred, and possesses basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, company software such as Primavera P6 or Power Project, and standard construction practices and sequencing. Additional qualifications include plan and specification reading skills, creative problem‑solving, cross‑functional teamwork, strong analytical and organizational abilities, effective communication, and a desire to learn. • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • Prior construction site experience preferred. • Understand basic scheduling concepts and company software (e.g., Primavera P6, Power Project). • Collaborate effectively in cross‑functional team environments. • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
