About the Role
The Account Manager builds relationships and develops sales plans for mid‑size accounts, generates leads through research and events, collaborates with internal teams to execute profitable business plans, and is accountable for meeting sales quota, margin, and expense objectives while resolving customer and service issues. • Deliver customer service for sales and rental products using the Abacus billing system. • Maintain a weekly schedule organized before calls with the Sales Manager. • Develop and retain knowledge of Jobsite Formwork products and pricing. • Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and manage prospects through the CRM system. • Provide analytical and problem‑solving solutions for customers and the company. • Monitor market behavior and competitive trends and respond proactively. • Pursue weekly revenue‑driving activities such as new opportunities, first appointments, site visits, and decision‑maker meetings. • Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, and call‑blitz status. • Enter new orders into Abacus, generate billing, and manage projects from start to close. • Manage accounts receivable over 60 days to bring them current. • Execute special projects assigned by the Sales Manager.

What You Bring
The role requires regular operation of a company or personal vehicle for more than 20% of the work week and includes a motor vehicle record check as a condition of employment. Work is performed in a typical office and service‑counter setting with occasional exposure to moderate noise and outdoor conditions; the position demands the ability to lift up to 75 lb, a high‑school diploma (college degree preferred), 3‑5 years of relevant experience, and strong computer and communication skills. • Experience in account management or demonstrated success with customers. • Background in inventory sales. • College degree preferred.
