About the Role
The role joins Schneider’s fast‑growing Design team, responsible for overseeing all digital design worldwide, infusing a design culture, and deploying the design system. The Product Designer will build B2B and B2C digital products for energy management, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams from user research through delivery to deliver high‑quality, user‑focused solutions. • Apply user‑centered design tools and double‑diamond methodology: conduct research, map user journeys, and create pixel‑perfect mock‑ups. • Lead workshops and co‑creation sessions to align teams, develop shared vision, and present designs at all organizational levels. • Champion accessible, sustainable, and brand‑consistent design; contribute to and advocate for the company design system. • Employ systems thinking to address both software and hardware experiences for B2B and B2C products. • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and maintain product scorecards for quality and consistency.

What You Bring

They are proficient in Figma, mobile‑first design, and data‑driven decision‑making, while maintaining a simple, pixel‑perfect visual aesthetic and fostering a strong feedback culture. • Full understanding of the end‑to‑end design process from discovery to delivery. • Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to navigate technical issues and dependencies. • Proficiency in Figma and mobile‑first design, with a focus on simplicity and pixel‑perfect interfaces. • Data‑driven decision‑making, effective communication, and advocacy for a feedback‑rich culture. • Fluency in English and a collaborative, humble, and caring attitude. • Even Better: Experience with B2B and B2C software products. • Even Better: Experience applying enterprise design systems. • Even Better: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Benefits
The U.S. position offers a total compensation range of $115,000‑$125,000, inclusive of base pay and a short‑term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible work arrangements, 401(k) matching, paid family leave, stock purchase options, and generous paid time off.
