About the Role

The primary responsibility is to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and emergency calls for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory. You will complete 100 % of scheduled service visits, respond quickly to breakdowns, and aim for first‑time fixes. Direct on‑site liaison with customers is expected to build solid working relationships. • Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and emergency servicing for elevators and escalators in the Ludhiana area. • Complete all scheduled service visits and target first‑time resolution of breakdowns. • Directly interact with customers on‑site to maintain strong relationships.
