About the Role
The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership to assigned accounts, districts, branches, or region, including facility operations for custodial, maintenance, construction, and sustainability. They direct and oversee staff while analyzing procedures and identifying process redesign opportunities to improve accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Lead and manage regional accounts, districts, branches, and facilities across custodial, maintenance, construction, and sustainability services. • Direct staff and evaluate procedures to redesign processes for greater accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with EEOC, E‑Verify, and provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities. • Support veterans with military‑friendly policies and access to extensive training programs. • Submit applications exclusively via the ABM careers portal (www.abm.com/careers).
