About the Role

The role involves leading monthly cash calls, analyzing and resolving payment issues, reducing AR reserves, and acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers. You will proactively engage customers to confirm account status, negotiate payment plans, and ensure a positive experience while preparing performance metrics and supporting process‑improvement initiatives. This position offers direct influence on Otis’s cash performance and exposure to billing, collections, dispute management, and operational leadership, providing clear development pathways in Finance, Service Operations, and Transformation. • Lead monthly cash calls with Operating Areas, set agendas, facilitate sessions, and track action items. • Analyze and resolve payment issues with sales, billing, and customers, addressing root causes. • Reduce AR reserves by managing high‑impact accounts and ensuring timely follow‑through on escalations. • Serve as primary liaison among collectors, billing, sales, dispute coordinators, and customers. • Proactively engage customers to confirm account status, negotiate payment plans, and enhance experience. • Prepare monthly summaries and performance metrics for operating units and leadership. • Support process‑improvement activities such as dispute workflow accuracy and system clean‑up.

What You Bring

Successful candidates need a minimum of three years of accounts receivable or collections experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. Experience with JD Edwards, High Radius, or ServiceNow is preferred, and the ability to prioritize, follow through, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment is essential. • Minimum three years of AR or collections experience with proven dispute resolution. • Strong communication skills for interaction with branch teams, sales, customers, and leadership. • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. • Preferred experience with JD Edwards, High Radius, or ServiceNow. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, follow through, and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting. • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive sustainable results. • Customer‑focused mindset committed to end‑to‑end issue resolution.
