About the Role
You will be responsible for overall building management, including arranging repairs and maintaining communal areas and the property structure. Oversight of contractors on annual contracts—covering communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning—is also required. As the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations, you must be able to advise and empathise, particularly with the typical resident age group of 60 plus. Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and clients is a core part of the job. • Manage building repairs and maintain communal areas and property structure. • Oversee annual contractors for cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning. • Serve as primary contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries and property alterations. • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, contractors and clients. • Prioritise and organise independent workload with support from regional and head office teams. • Utilise IT tools such as Outlook and Word for scheme administration.

What You Bring
Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager who is customer‑focused, confident and logical, with strong communication skills. The role involves supporting residents to maintain their well‑being and independence while independently prioritising a varied workload. The manager will work largely alone but will receive guidance from a Regional Manager, a Head Office team and a Training and Support Assistant. Organisation and multitasking abilities are essential to handle multiple tasks effectively. A good standard of IT proficiency is needed, with regular use of Outlook, Word and other scheme‑management applications. Benefits
The position offers a salary of £7,997.11 per annum and is based in Romsey at Nightingale House. It is a permanent role working 12 hours per week on Mondays and Thursdays. Nightingale House comprises 36 one‑ and two‑bedroom flats, an emergency alarm service, communal facilities, a lift, lounge, laundry room, attractive gardens and on‑site parking.
